MIMTIS system requirements

Small and medium businesses benefit by using MIMTIS as a paid service (SAAS) and not having to worry about the infrastructure. Periodic updates and new features are available without any additional cost or effort. Local hosting is preferred by large organizations who find it economical to use their own infrastructure. MIMTIS is provided pre-installed and configured as a physical server or can be installed on your existing server through virtualization. This flexibility helps ensure that the solution can evolve and grow with your needs.

MIMTIS users and administrators will require the following hardware and software to access MIMTIS. This is required for both licensed and hosted (SAAS) version:

Operating System: Windows, MAC OS, Linux and others

Processor: As per operating system requirement

Screen Resolution: Minimum 1024x768

RAM:Minimum 128 MB

Browser: Firefox 3.0+

Browser Settings:

• JavaScript enabled
• Flash installed

Network Requirement: Access to internet

MIMTIS Server 1.0

For hosted (SAAS) version server is not required in customer premises. For licensed version server specification are:

Operating System: Linux (Ubuntu 8.04+)

Processor: Dual core

RAM: 2GB

Hard disk: Minimum 80GB

Network Requirement: Internet access and fixed IP

For deployment with SSL enabled: SSL hardware accelerator or built-in software SSL
